cant find the setting in options?

Options -> General -> Graphics. The option HDR10 is underneath Full Screen Resolution.

Note that you'll need to enable HDR for that monitor in your Windows display settings. To do that, you can right click on your desktop, and go to Display Settings. If you have a HDR capable monitor, you will have the option Use HDR under Windows HD Color in the right side settings pane. Enable that to use HDR on that monitor.
