Manual Cache gives you precise control of the area and level of detail that you can download. I was originally using Rolling Cache but have switched to Manual Cache as it gives you greater control and flexibility! Great for those of you who frequent certain places.

Although not sure what the difference between the low, medium and high option is exactly.
