Fatal error on 2020 won't run

Good day everyone,

 

I'm at the point of launching a lawsuit against Microsoft for the complete lack of tech support with this product.  I built a beast of a machine for this word not allowed program.  It seems to download 990 mb in 30 seconds.  Then when I go to launch it takes about another 30 seconds then I'm met with a black screen with an error that says Fatal error D3D11 Renderer _Z  This has been going on since 8 this morning.  I'm livid.  Nothing I have searched comes up with that error.  Any ideas?

Awaiting the new Microsoft Flight Sim and the purchase of a new system.  Running a Chromebook for now! :cool:
