August 19, 20205 yr My Internet went down, had to reboot the modem and router. Then the download gave me an error. I had to close and then reopen MSFS. I was at 46+ GB down, now after going back in, it shows only 11. I'l be here forever.

Hope you continued downloading, The 11GB was what you had remaining , not the total of the download. I had a power cut mid way, restarted my download and said 31GB ( To GO ), and now it's installed. MSFS caches your download, that is why the numbers don't seem right, or does not seem to add up. It does not randomly pick a number ie 11 and then start from that. August 19, 20205 yr Author I'll have to hope for the best. I had a lot more than 22 to go. I'll have to leave it over night and see how it is in the morning.

Mine gave weird numbers too, but then second time around it became more accurate. Weird. Let us know how you get on. August 19, 20205 yr Author So after last night it was being...odd? So I rebooted. I clicked the icon on my desktop, and was brought right into the sim. Okay... So I picked a departure point and clicked fly, of course it wouldn't let me do anything, so I exited and clicked the icon again. The second time it checked for updates and went back to downloading. Again it told me it was at 11 of 46 Gb. I let it go overnight. This morning it is at 40 of 46 GB. I don't know where the rest is, but I guess I'll give it a few more hours and see what it says at that point.
August 19, 20205 yr Author Right now I'm at 47 out of 46 GB, so the numbers might be a little off. Now I have no idea what's done, where I am, etc.
