August 19, 20205 yr Hi! I have a 60 Hz monitor and I am trying to get adaptive V-sync with 1/2 frame rate to work. It seems impossible for me to get frame rate locked to 30. I have tried every setting combo from the sim and NCP, but no luck. Works fine with P3D. Anybody managed to do this? I am monitoring FPS with MSI Afterburner and Rivatuner. 7700K, RTX 2070S, 16 GB RAM, WQHD monitor
August 19, 20205 yr nVidia or AMD GPU? None of the VSync options worked for me, not if selected in game or outside the game.The only thing that worked for me was the Max Frame Rate setting in nVidia Control Panel. Capping it with Rivatuner didn't work either because i can't add the flightsimulater.exe to list in Riva. Win11 Pro 64-bit, Ryzen 5800X3D, Corsair H115i, Gigabyte X570S UD, EVGA 3080Ti XC3 Ultra 12GB, 64 GB DDR4 G.Skill 3600. Monitors: LG 27GL850-B27 2560x1440 + Samsung SyncMaster 2443 1920x1200, HOTAS: Warthog with Virpil WarBRD base & hegykc MFG Crosswind modded pedals, TrackIR4, Rift-S for VR
