August 20, 20205 yr Pre ordered MSFS Premium Deluxe and, on Tuesday, downloaded/installed 96.1 GB. This appears to be only the basic version - 20 Aircraft only. I asked yesterday and was assured that this was the correct download size for my version. I redownloaded, same result. In the MS Store, I can see that I have ordered the correct version, but all I can do is "Manage" the Premium addon. Read and checked the zendesk article concerning missing "upgrades", all aspects on my PC are correct and all upgrades completed!! Any assistance or pointers would be gratefully received, else I would need to obtain refund via paypal. I do wish to own the Sim, but do require what was paid for. Thanks in advance for any ideas. August 20, 20205 yr This was a common problem for many on Steam. I think it is fixed now though. Don't uninstall and reinstall the Sim. That is huge PT. Can you go to the MarketPlace inside the Sim and see the Premium Deluxe Option there? It should give you an option to download the extra content there. August 20, 20205 yr Author Thanks very much for your response Greg. I have done as you suggested and discovered an alternative XBox login was being used. Logged out and relogged in with my MS account . It's doing something now, downloading an [extra?] 3.79 GB, we'll see what happens a little later.
