October 29, 200619 yr Has anyone tried to install the t-37 tweet yet? I ported it over from FS9 and it looks great, with VC gauges and all. However it quickly powers down, as it is looking for a certain file as part of anti-piracy routine. I have not tried the normal installation method using my wrapper and key as I suspect that it might get lost since aircraft folders are now a subset of simobjects. Any thoughts?Bill G
October 29, 200619 yr Hi Bill; Yup; works fine, too. I moved it across without the install wrapper, too. The issue you are having. . . I just want to understand your problem. . .when you leave, say - the default Cessna with the engine running and change to the Tweet - the Tweets engines are both running and then they just spool down and quit, right? If this IS the case - I think that the problem (because I've had this puzzler on-and-off for some time in FS9) is that I think you need to exit the Cessna in the 2D screen. I use Track IR all the time, and I think that this has been the problem I've been experiencing, as it's always in the 3D mode. If you start the Tweet in the default 2D screen, close the (Sh-5) credits screen, open the engines pop-up and then start the engines - she's fine. It's been a few days since I've run the aircraft, and I need to confirm this. I'll tell ya - this is one of my four top aircraft, and I wouldn't want to be without it! i7 [email protected] | 32GB RAM | EVGA RTX 3080Ti | Maximus Hero VII | 512GB 860 Pro | 512GB 850 Pro | 256GB 840 Pro | 2TB 860 QVO | 1TB 870 EVO | Seagate 3TB Cloud | EVGA 1000 GQ | Win10 Pro | EK Custom water cooling.
