I have often seen that the mouse is panned. Somehow that doesn't work for me, is it standard or do I have to make any settings.

Keep the right mouse button pressed

Two ways to achieve this:

a) hold the right mouse button while moving the mouse.

b) press the middle mouse button to toggle between free pan and a normal mouse pointer.

Sorry, but that doesn't work. I know it worked before, but now nothing happens.
