August 25, 20205 yr I've been flying with live traffic, but it's getting annoying. The ATC keeps telling every airliner they are 20,000 ft above their assigned flight level. And drop to 10,000 immediately......it's getting maddening. Any reason for this?
August 25, 20205 yr I think the ATC is trying to direct the planes but finding the real world planes are not listening to the FS ATC but to the real world ATC. Plus I am finding real world traffic disappears on the runway after landing. I am switching it off and going to generated traffic. You should find they play ball with the ATC. August 25, 20205 yr Wow I’ll have to keep an eye out for that. Hopefully it gets fixed if that’s the case as for now I plan to fly with real traffic. I was using AI traffic set to 15 which was already pushing it in high stress areas like EGLL at night in rain weather preset in the 320. 29-32 FPS In cockpit and about 36 in drone. I had heard live traffic was a mess. I flew with it on in another flight though and with lots of activity in two different flights actually and it was super smooth though I wasn’t checking FPS. Tested in the EGLL scenario and I gained 10 FPS in drone view and bumped up 3-4 in cockpit. August 25, 20205 yr I think it's safe to say that live traffic is patchy at best right now. Whether that be behaviour or the fact that it's spawning very little in the way of traffic, if at all.
