How to start Sim on area other than ramp

Hi all

 

I would like to start at an area of the airport but it does not have any parking bays like the real airport, is that possible. I know I can select a custom point but it starts in the air and I know I can slew but I'm wanting to select this area from world map,maybe I need to use SDK and add the new parking spot

i guess you can only start (on the ground) at the designated spots.

i think you need to make a new parking spot.

You can use Lat/Long...just paste it on the search box.

I usually grab them from Google Maps and thats it.
