October 31, 200619 yr A lot of it depends on the time of day-and the condition of the water. I live on a lake-some days it even looks black(cloudy dark dayc)-some days green (especially in the late spring when algae comes)-to clear blue blue on a cloudless sunny day, and purple at sunset. However, I have to say I consider the new look an improvement though there is much area to vastly improve. One of the first things I noticed was going down the hudson river in New York how at one part the green got turbulent and then blended into a blue at a point in the river-kinda cool to see this now.http://mywebpages.comcast.net/geofa/pages/rxp-pilot.jpg Geofa WANTED DEAD OR ALIVE-the best Flight Sim!

February 12, 200719 yr >>The color of the water is a dark olive drab color.>>Something like this? ;)>> http://www.airliners.net/open.file/1083943/M/ >>Michael J.Michael, that's close to the color of the river water hear in southeast GA. (Savannah), however FSX seem to think our rivers are some sort of bright almost florescent blue.:-hmmm
