ATC Selection/Flickering?

Featured Replies

Two questions...#1. ATC gives you several selections 1) 2) 3)...and so forth. Im using my mouse to click...can you click like #1 #2 etc on your keyboard instead of using the mouse?

#2 When I do use my mouse to click a ATC request/Response sometimes I have to click it like 3 or four times for it to activate. It flickers a lot and not solid even when no one else is talking. Maybe sensitivity needs to be increased somewhere?

#1 - Yes, you can use the keyboard (not keypad) number keys to interact with ATC.  You don't even need to open the ATC menu if you know which number to push (it's usually "1"; but not always).

#2 - Can't help you with the flickering.  As you noticed, if someone else is talking, the responses are grayed out until their transmission is complete.  That's all I see.

I to have noticed the flickering and it is not while tower is talking to someone else.  It is so bad that I cannot get the button to respond until I've clicked it 6 or 7 times.   This began happening after the last update.

I have a jerky mouse movement over the ATC window, but no flickering.
