Choice of Controls?

When flying the light aircraft I want to use the Logitech Extreme 3D Pro, but on other days I want to fly the larger aircraft with the Logitech Flight Yoke and throttles.

At present I have only connected the Logitech Extreme 3D Pro, and the Flight Yoke and throttles will be delivered next week.

My question is....Will there be any confliction between the two controllers and their settings?

I have Saitek x52 pro joystick and Honeycomb Alpha both connected and both work with no apparent conflicts.
