I’m able to engage the autopilot and have it track the flight plan. 

How do you set up an ILS approach?  I know how to enter the ILS frequency, how do you switch from GPS / FMS to VLOC? To fly the ILS approach?

Click on PFD down on the little panel. Click “CDI” until it says “NAV 1.” Make sure the ILS frequency is entered into your nav 1.
