Dave:

Great pics...(starting with the glorious opening shot)...!

Regarding, "check out how you can see the city lights on the fuselage and cabin lights on the wings in the pic above...",

....it could be me (or my ambient lighting),...🙂,...but, I cannot (clearly) make out these reflections....it's a bit too dark, for me, to conclusively to do so...., I can, however, surely tell the wing-tip (red/green) lights and, that, you're still heading towards me,...🙂...but, you're probably right about your own observations....

[Un-related] Side Comment:

In your recent Chicago (MSFS) Post, we'd exchanged comments about the "Oversized Trees", and, I recalled, you'd said:

"There are some truly giant trees in that area though - just a few...they'll get it ironed out..."

Just now, I caught a file (the first upload in the Flightsim.com Library):

Title: MSFS Oversized Trees Workaround
File: oversized_trees_workaround.zip

I know you have been looking into this issue, but, I thought I should let you know, anyway,...if it might help your case...(I saw there, at least, one comment saying, that the fix helped with realism of the trees)...but you can tell better...yourself...first-hand...

Hi -  Thanks for the comments.  I guess the shots are a bit dark but it looked great as I was flying in a dark room at night.  I was impressed not only by the city lights lighting the side of the fuselage but also the way different town/city areas light up the haze just like in real life.

As far as trees go, I think you misunderstand my position as I've never been overly concerned about them.  In fact, Im one of the tree defenders around here.  But I did in fact see some GIGANTIC trees in the photogrammetry Chicago area so I made that comment.

I myself am more than content to wait for official fixes from Asobo.
