Is it normal that the airplane does not turn right or left in outside view with my Saitek Pro Flight Yoke and in cockpit it is turning normally?

Drone view (showcase) - you cannot control plane. External view - you can control plane.  External view also shows various instruments on the side of the screen

And if you happen to be in Drone View and want to control the airplane, just use the "c" key to "Toggle Plane Controls".
