September 26, 20205 yr I can set the thrust reverser via the MSFS keyboard setting. But I liked that the throttle reverser starts automatically after pulling back the throttles. Does anyone have a tip =?
September 26, 20205 yr Commercial Member You mean in AxisAndOhs? On my TQs (Saitek) the reverse thrust is engaged when I pull the levers beyond the center point. For example in the Airbus I pull the red triangle quite far to the left and create a large-ish deadzone around it That way the thrust levers "click" to their 0 setting like in the real plane, and when I pull them out of the deadzone, they engage reverse thrust. In my case, I just make the dead zone bigger so it doesn't happen so easily. In MSFS the reverse thrust seems to be a little too powerful and I find it quite annoying if it happens accidentally. In the Airbus, reverse seems to be more powerful than normal forward thrust... No sure if there is a really clever solution to this - except for hardware detents. The only other option is to prevent the axis from going into reverse entirely and let it trigger by the button press that is on the lowest position of the Saitek TQ levers. I believe that there are some products out there to add detents to Saitek TQs? Best regards Edited September 26, 20205 yr by Lorby_SI LORBY-SI
