Strange Waterways or Rivers

As it say, I got a lot of strange waterway in the Rockys-Aspen Region.

Any Idea-or is it only by me ?

Probably because a low res height map.

One annoying thing I have noticed is that the streams seem to have a specific width no matter how thin they are in real life.  So what I think your seeing there is an irrigation canal.  The canal is probably only 5 feet wide in real life.  This kind of thing shows up on small mountain streams too.  If the data says there is a stream there (or in this case a canal) you get a 75 ft wide water mask.  It's pretty annoying and looks god awful.  It would be nice if they could figure out how to tell the AI to ignore minor streams or dry river beds.  Here in Arizona, the map data shows "rivers" Like the Santa Cruz or Rillito as being a real river , but in reality it's just sand 99.3% of the time. It's all map data driven.
