September 30, 20205 yr Hello, Maybe it's the patch or maybe it's me.... Airbus 320N loaded flightplan as usual Tried 2 airports today. EHAM ILS 18C LFPG ILS 08R On finals all seems good. But the Glideslope and de LOC is not captured. It seems it's capturing both the Glideslope and LOC but it's not holding it at all. Did these flights many times. No idea what is going on or what I am doing wrong since today. Anyone seeing his behaviour ? Also sometimes when decending with the autopilot from (example) 18000 feet to 10000 it's starts decending as you would expect but it just stops around 14000 by itself while 10000 is still active in the autopilot. September 30, 20205 yr I have seen similar and am still testing - I had it into Bangkok, well iffy in many ways like you describe. That was with either the stock aircraft or not the very latest 320NX mod. I have just flown EHAM to EGLL landing in ILS 09L using the 0.31 320NX mod and it behaved as before and operated perfectly. I have not tried landing at EHAM yet nor retried Bangkok with it. CJ
October 1, 20205 yr Author Tried again today. Same issue. Another strange thing I encountered. Disabled the approach mode. After the missed approach I wanted to adjust the heading manually but nothing happened. Nothing. No response. So I disabled the autopilot totally. No response to the joystick. Nothing. Only after 40 NM from the airport the plane was responding again. Something strange is going on. October 7, 20205 yr Author Well when flight dynamics are set on legacy (instead of modern) the ILS approach and LOC capture are perfect. However when flaps are set the plane wants to go to the moon..(Will climb as an word not allowed) I will just stop testing and playing for now. It could be because of altitude constraints (push the CSTR button to see constraints on the ND).
