October 2, 20205 yr I have had many problems installing the newest update. Currently I cannot even reinstall it. Among other things, Microsoft Store was acting strangely. So I reinstalled it following these instructions: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-windows_store/how-to-reinstall-microsoft-store-app-in-windows-10/e9d71c80-8399-49d5-9d92-a18add81a4dc?auth=1 It generally runs better, but now it no longer detects my D drive, the one with more than enough room to install MSFS. It was previously installed on that drive. The D drive has been installed on my computer for a long time. When I click on "Free up space," I am taken to a window that does show my D drive, but that window does not appear to be in Microsoft Store. Suggestions please!

So you may need to go to Settings-> System->Storage->Change Where New Content is Saved Under there 'New apps will be saved to:' and then select your drive. See if that helps. Cheers!

Microsoft Store did direct me to this page when I clicked on "Free up space," but I didn't know about this setting.

October 3, 20205 yr Author Now I am back to my previous problem: MSFS only gets as far as the "Press any key" window. When I press it there's a loading circle in the lower right corner and tehn back to "Press any key." Digital Ownership is not installed & when I try to on Microsoft Store I get a useless error message.

October 3, 20205 yr Author Thanks HiFllyer, I will check this out. I assumed this was a recent problem since it only started with the latest MSFS update.
