Is there a way to flip the map so that transpacific flights don't show a flight path circling back through the atlantic (IE, put North America on the right side and Asia/Australia on the left)?  

 

No.  There is no such mechanism. 

Thanks Dave!   Loving your product, worth every penny.  It's a great middle ground for those of us newer to the hobby and too intimidated to go full VATSIM but aren't satisfied with the extremely limited built in ATC's in either XP11 or MSFS2020.
