Hello,

 

I bought the GNS V2 a few months ago and now would like to reinstall it on my laptop.

 

I don't have the "key file".

 

I do have my serial number and order confirmation on the e-mail, but no option to reinstall via serial number.. I also don't have a Fligh1 account (for my surprise).

Hi,

you'd have to create your F1 account and make sure you're binding your past purchases to it. Once done, just run the RXP e-commerce installer, setup your F1 credentials and press the REINSTALL button.
