October 21, 20205 yr THIS IS NOT A SUPPORT REQUEST. There are some software vendors who have bugs in the installation setup. I refer to instance where a particular issue has been on a forum since 2008 with numerous posts right up to present time offfering the same solutions, with replies saying the offered solution didn't work. There are at least 2 major vendors doing this. I just invested a considerable sum to replace some lost software, only to find that the same issues from way back have not been resolved. The solutions offered yet again are the same ones offered over the years and do not work. It is about time the vendors sold software that installs correctly first time, without having to spend hours trying solutions suggested that do not work.

October 21, 20205 yr Author I have tried to avoid naming particular vendors. I think my point is quite clear. "Why can't vendors sell software that works on installation?" I am not asking for tech support, it seems you missed that point.
