Saitek Throttle Quadrant back to front

Featured Replies

I have been having issues with getting my Saitek Throttle working properly with MSFS 2020.   It has the old PS2 style connector working through the Saitek Yoke (which I don't use but it is there to enable connection to USB).

The throttle lever seems to work but with engine idle at the top and full power at the bottom, rather than the way it used to work with XPlane.    The quadrant does not appear on the MSFS 2020 Controls screen.  Is there any way I can adjust it to work properly ?

Under MSFS controls assignments you can 'reverse' an axis, so either that box is already checked in your case, or if not you need to check it. The throttle axis should show up under Saitek Yoke controls as shown below since the sim sees the combination of the Saitek yoke and its 'PS2 TQ' as one device. Click on the 'Search by Input' option, move the axis back and forth and you should get some response. If nothing shows up, try a different setting under 'Filter'.
