Morning, Not a good day on this end as I have been trying to purchase the aforementioned products to no avail! Your purchase system has a problem with my computer and I tried all three of the browser's I use, Chrome, IE, Firefox with no luck. I believe your sale ends tomorrow and if so your prices will go back up! My intent was to just purchase the GTN 650 as I brought the GTN 750 on 3 Jan 2018 - Purchase file 136797 with a serial number of 1361797-8TD5A577 which may need any update as well. I'm still interested in the combination if I'm still able to purchase. What are my options at this point? I may try my Dell laptop (for the connection piece) later this evening when I get home from work.

Hi,

You might be confusing a step in the process.

1) download the GTN 650 e-commerce installer

2) download the -50% coupon files (.zip)

3) unzip the coupon files and open the "read me" which is included in order to determinate which coupon in the package is the one you'd apply (add 650 to 750 in your case).

4) run the e-commerce installer and enter your F1 account credentials

5) select the coupon button, browse to where you've unzipped the coupon files, and select the correct one.

6) after validation the install shall display the discounted price.
