Data Settings

On my Data Consumption area within the data settings my current data consumption shows 30.46 GIB under that there is a red bar and it says limit 0 GiB.  I have data limitation on with a 0 limit, unlimited bandwidth and rolling cache.  What does this all mean?  Am i not getting the most out of the sim or are those settings ok?  The red bar had me concerned but I don't know what that all means.  Thanks!

I do not know if there's any difference between having limitation on with a 0 limit and having limitation off completely.   I'd turn it off totally just to be sure.   Aside from that your configuration seems ideal, yeah.    There's some disagreement on what an "ideal" rolling cache size is, whether a bigger one is better because it keeps more stuff or worse because it slows things down, but I wouldn't sweat that one too much.
