And to finish this leg, we've been watching the Canadian comedy series "Corner Gas" on TV recently. Set in a (very) small Saskatchewan town, and I realised I know very little about that part of the world. The writer (Brent Butt) was raised in Tisdale, SK, and the series was apparently based around the his idea of how life might have turned out if he'd never left his small town upbringing. Enjoying the program so off I went to visit Tisdale!

This is what I really love about MSFS. For the first time in a sim, I can pick a spot on the map and go visit and it actually looks good. You just couldn't go to some (if not most) of these places in the default scenery of the other sims without being presented with the blandest of landscapes. Possibly acceptable from 40,000 feet up but not down where I like to go.

Enjoy! I did!

Ryzen 9 7900X, Corsair H150 AIO cooler, 64 Gb DDR5, Asus X670E Hero m/b, 3090ti, 13Tb NVMe, 8Tb SSD, 16Tb HD, 55" Philips 4k HDR monitor, EVGA 1600w ps, all in Corsair 7000D airflow case. Sims in use - 2020, 2024, XP-12 and -11, FSX/SE, P3Dv4.5 and v5.4. DCS and AFS2 installed but rarely used

I like what you're doing. The Istanbul shot is amazing. I can be an armchair traveler until I upgrade to a computer that will run MSFS.
