I installed the latest update to MSFS a couple of days ago. When I look at the "Content Manager", I noticed that although the Mandatory Core Content showed as being Up To Date after the update download, all of the installed aircraft and airports all show "Newer game version required to update". I closed the program and restarted it just to see, if with the updated program installed, the installed aircraft and airports would automatically update. That did not work. My question is, how do you get the installed add-ons updated? 

You have to wait for the next published update next tuesday.

These will be updated when the next update release comes on Tuesday. They always load them like this prior to an update, nothing to download at the moment.
