November 25, 20205 yr I was approaching the shuttle landing facility at Cape Canaveral and noticed “Enable Ignoring Weather at This Airport” in the ATC menu. Is this new with the patch? I can’t remember seeing it before. Not quite sure what would be ignoring the weather? November 25, 20205 yr If you are flying VFR and the weather is too poor for ATC to permit you to land, that option allows you to still be granted landing permission in poor visibility. It's been there a while, if not from the very beginning.
