Does using this utility possibly conflict with 3rd party addon scenery?  Just curious if there's any potential pitfalls.  Thanks!

I don't think so (it only updates the Vox database it does not touch the scenes) but the "pitfall" is that the program doesn't work properly, it stops before the end of the scan and this since several versions!
