Restoring FS2020 from a backup?

Hi

After installing FS2020 I made a backup of my entire PC. Recently the program appears to have become corrupted and so I would like to restore just FS, not the whole PC.

 

Does anyone know, if I restore the entire apps\packages folder, will that be sufficient?

Restore the "Official" folder (in the same directory as the "Community" folder). This folder holds over 105 GB of data that has to be downloaded otherwise. Just re-install MSFS via Microsoft Store, launch it and point it to the Flightsimulator folder that contains "Official". It will need a couple of minutes to check that all the data is already there, won't download anything and that's it.
