Hi all,

I returned to these forums after almost a decade away but couldn't remember any of my old details and did not have access to the previous email account that was associated with it. I created a new account but was told by admins pretty swiftly that it was a duplicate account and that I should stop using the new one and go back to the old one (they reactivated it with a new email address).

However, if I now attempt to use Chrome to access the forums I just get a big 'Banned: You do not have permission to view this site' message. Instead, I have to use another browser to access the forums. Is there any way I can access them with the correct login details?
