Has anyone tried this newly released aircraft from Just Flight? 

Can you share your experience,  please?

Not tried the F-15, but I have got the F/A-18 from the same developer which shares the same design goals of being a fun to fly reasonable facsimile of the aeroplane without requiring days to study a manual. If it helps, here is the review of that which I did; the principle is the same feature-wise for the F-15:
