  4. I am here to find out how much money has PMDG made in 18.5 minutes. hahhaa.. wow 10 pages of argument. Unbelievable !
  5. Please close this thread. Why do people go public suggesting to charge more for a product? Stop this nonsense.. For comments like this is why PMDG went from a reasonable price to keep raising it over and over.
  6. My friend , I must admit I'm not good at joking. Forgive my sins. I thought it would make you smile.

  12. Gentlemen, I thought I would ask this question here as this is making me older by the days. Anyone knows what causes or how to fix the this issue? The weather shows a straight line of haze that goes from the ground up to around 6,000 feet. I have P3D V 3.3 Active Sky Next Sp5 PTA V1.2 REX 4 Texture Direct Rex Soft Clouds Windows 10- 64Bit NVidia GTX 970 (drivers: 353.82) Intel 6700K Hope that info helps and some can point me in the right direction to remove that limited haze.
  13. Geeez, I should have tried that before, but the 10 pages long error message threw me off. I set as "Run as Admin" Under properties and bammmm, works correctly. Many thanks, sir!
  14. So this topic has two questions: (Windows 10, P3d V3.3.3) (1) Anyone knows why am I getting this error when I make a change on the editor, then try to save and exist? "Uncaught Exception! This shouldn't happen! (SCE Version: 1.7.7 Please copy the contents of this box to a support request java.lng.RuntimeException:java.ioFileNot Found Exception: C\ProgramData\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3DV3\scenery.cfg.sce (Access Denied)" (2) What is the correct scenery path that Scenery Editor should be pointing to? Or is the above path correct?
  15. Or even cooking classes. But, there is a valid point. Corporations know very well what they can develop without waiting. But, remember $$$ is more important to them than providing a better product. Hence, the gradual release of "new versions." Yes, there are technological advances, such as a Nokia 1200 vs a Samsung Galaxy. However, A Samsung Galaxy 2 vs a 6? No advancement, just bit more icons, colors, a stronger processor. etc, etc. Same with the I-phone, cars, graphic cards. Or an F-15 vs an SU35.. or an F-16 vs an SU 27 etc. etc. etc
  16. Is your graphics card company playing games with YOU? Yes they are. But not the game you would like to play. They have all learned from other companies such as the I-phone products, Samsung, etc.etc. They realized people are never happy with what they have. So, every 9 months they add a little (a little) more icons or a little spec, or change the shape, to make it look like the "Next Big Thing Is Here." And people run, swim, dash, fly, trip and stumble, to go get "the next big thing." When in reality is not a big deal. But, they get you with all the commercials and fuss. Did you know that manufacturing an I-phone in China by poor kids (and adults) cost around ($ 130.00). Yet Apple brings it to you for only (only) $800.00 every 9 months. Smile. The same with Nvidia, Intel, etc. etc. They know the tricks and let it go on you little by little, squeezing all the juice $$$$ they can. So, before you buy your next phone or video card, ask yourself. Do I really need to spend this money on that? (9 out of 10 times- the answer is NO)
  17. I'm going to answer this as it may well help others, as well. So, for this issue, what I did this time is: - I did what Steve recommended... Reset built-in Nvidia Control Panel (P3D) settings. - Removed Nvidia Inspector settings and loaded one provided by Rich. - Additionally, unchecked Volumetric Clouds So, everything is back to normal. No more tearing nor jiggling, and scenery becomes sharp quickly. Only issue is VAS, but of course we all know it will happen near high density airports and sceneries.
  18. Hi Steve, yes I have HT enabled. I mange to fine older versions of graphic drivers dating back to Nov 2015; unfortunately, all the same. I had created a restore point 2 months ago on my computer, but it's gone. Not sure how it got deleted. I haven't tried your suggestion, I'll do later today. Now, in addition to the strong lag, now the scenery remains extremely blurred and won't render (become sharp). You know, I was also thinking about repairing P3D and/or Upgrading to Windows 10.
  19. I have Windows 7. Actually, I recall updating my drivers; but can't remember what version I had that prior to updating the drivers. But, I'll tell you, it is terrible. And, when I get inside the airplane at a decent airport, frames drop to around 8fps.
  20. Captains, I have a major issue with my sim that started last week, and I have tried numerous things to fix it but will not fix. So, I'm getting an average of 29 to 30 fps; however, I am now experiencing some really bad lag- stutters of about close to a second. Even if I decrease all settings to almost zero, they are still present. The funny thing is if I choose Windows Aero Theme it get's worst. If I choose Basic Theme some stutters go away but, then the entire scenery starts to jiggle (jello-like) when I pawn. (Like what I experienced a couple of months ago. The only tweak I have if Affinity Mask 85 on my Intel 6700K on Windows 7. So, not sure what is causing this.
  21. Just don't complain when a mighty Su-27 does a barrel-roll over your eyebrows. Remember, mess with the beast, and you get killed!
