Hello, I will need some advise according flickering on some objects and also on taxiway yellow markings, witch is very annoying and unrealistic.

Any advise please for a solution?

The fact you posted in both P3D and MSFS forums i suspect your settings may have something to do with it, and not knowing your PC specs and GPU hard to advise.

I7 6700K 4,5Ghz GTX1080ti 32GB Ram, 4K monitor 

Using 4 SSAA removes all flickering for me.  At 2 SSAA, the flickering is still there with certain runways and objects.

Hi Stan, using 4SSAA still flickering, have no clue.
