Does the Hot Start TBM 900 have the ADF implemented and works?. I am looking for a G1000's aircraft to practice mi IR skills but I didn't find anyone with a working ADF in X-plane yet. 

No, it doesn't have an ADF, not sure if any G1000's for X-Plane have them. All the NDB's are in the database, so can be used as if it was tuned to an NDB, using the bearing 1 or 2 selector on the Primary display. 

I'm happy to use it like that - but it would be nice to have genuine ADF.
