Since the new update all I get is a crash to desktop when clicking the Globe to pick a an airport.............Good God this thing is awful.

Sorry, no cure for you but this is one of the MSFS mysteries. I did the hotfix update yesterday followed by 2 flights. All fine. Today I wanted to launch MSFS again and got 3 CTDs in a row before even reaching the Home Screen with the menu. After the 4th pc restart it „suddenly“ worked, flying now again in my modded neo from Madeira to LSZH... In short: keep trying. If anything fails you may try to reset MSFS via Win10 —> Settings —> Apps , then select MSFS on chose options —> reset

EDIT: well, now I had a CTD just during approach in rwy34.... not too funny

EDIT2: interesting, now on the set your experience screen MSFS wants me to download some 684kb, couldn’t see which files are affected, download was too fast. Maybe that was what MS announced here https://forums.flightsimulator.com/t/news-another-update-coming-tomorrow/333484

EDIT3: first flight set up and then a „CTR“ = crash to reboot, not just desktop
