Whenever I add a STAR from the simbrief flight plan there are repeated loops in the Pilot2ATC flight plans. What am I doing wrong ? The plan then adds all the waypoints all over again, instructing the aircraft to loop back to the beginning of the STAR . How do I avoid this?

Assuming you are talking about importing a plan for SIMBrief.  If that is the case, you should be copying the single line text flight plan from SIMBrief's page where you enter the plan and paste it into the FPImport window in P2A.

Then, if you want to change/add procedures, you just do it normally in P2A.

Importing a .pln or .fms plan can work, but there are a lot more things to go wrong.

Thanks Dave, I'll try it on my next flight. I'm loving Pilot2ATC , as a real life pilot this is the closest we can get to good quality realistic ATC. Btw how do i Check for new updates for your software?
