Can't hear radios?

Featured Replies

Anyone else had this?

For some time now i cant't hear any radio comms. When i try to get a clearance i only hear a short squelsh sound and then nothing...

Applies to all aircraft at the moment.

Any ideas?

Best regards

Can you still hear the engine?

If so check your Windows 10 sound set up.

It might be sending ATC sound to the headphone jack (or somewhere else) It was doing that to me.

I liked it for a while Engine noise was outside of headphones.

But it can be changed. It’s a Windows 10 thing and not the sim.

Yes i hear them. There is this squelsh sound coming from the comms once so i assume the output is right.

I just read somewhere that the Azure Option causes this sometime for some users. Will try it and report back later.

But anyways thanks for your reply!

Best

Turned out to be Azure tts was deactivated and causing this issue. Turning it back on solved it.
