I simply misinterpreted what you meant by aiport winds. Yes, the winds in an ATIS will be magnetic. My apology indeed. When I stated the above, somehow my mind was thinking I had sketched with 86 as GS and 100 as TAS. I had forgotten I had actually sketched another based on my earlier notion. The vectors layout and directions still remain though. Thanks for pointing out.
