P3D crash at startup

Hello all,

I receive this error when I go to launch the simulator after the scenario screen:

I have read that updating Microsoft office helps, but unfortunately it has not. I am up to date. I am still unable to find a solution to this issue. Thanks!

WE are not alone, must an fault update from MS?
