Bravo Throttle CTD

Just installed the the honeycomb Bravo throttle but getting a CTD in MSFS. The error message is Sim connect failed to call dispatch , afc bridge. Does anyone have any ideas?

Honeycomb Alpha Yoke and Bravo Throttle

Having the same issue. also often getting AFCBridge|ReloadJson: BFC_Throttle reloaded 23 binding(s) successfully from profile 'Throttle_SEP_Sample'

getting both of the above errors - but strangely the CTD only happens when I try to load a flight with the 747 - all other planes work......
