December 29, 20205 yr If ATC changes my STAR and/or approach as I near the airport, should I be updating my flight plan? If so, should I be revalidating, filing and requesting clearance for the new one?
December 29, 20205 yr Commercial Member You don't have to update the plan in P2A unless you want to monitor your progress on the moving map. Just change it in your aircraft FMS/GPS and fly it. Definitely DO NOT file it or request clearance. You can validate it if you update the flight plan. Dave
