I cannot recall if the Tonka had an option for "preselecting" gear up which was dependent upon the state of the WOW (Weight On Wheels) switch and (hopefully) other parameters (radar alt maybe??). It used to have the acronym for Weight On Gear switch, but political correctness reared it's fugly head..
