Amazon probably has the best customer service. Once we sent back a very heavy waterbed mattress (unopened) and it cost us nothing, not even postage. And UPS picked it up at our door. Places like Dell, BH photo, Target, Shortys all have a month long wait (so they say, it could be more). Nothing at NewEgg. In stock at Amazon, ships free.
