Park Break Message

Featured Replies

Hi All, I'm aware of how to remove the message, However i wish to modify (Shorten) it.

What file is the message contained in?

Can't tell where it actually hides, but you need a program called "Resource Hacker" to make the modification.  I used it several years ago to remove the wording durning replay to make taking screenshots of certain things look better.

Just going to run a Chromebook and not upgrade to a Windows computer. Too many problems with the new Sims! 😱

Hello,

Resource Hacker indeed and the file is language.dll.

The parking brake message is at 2337 : 1033

Modify at your own risk.

Thanks for the heads up, Reader. I'll pass, maybe just disable the message.

That's the easiest method, but you won't know when your parking brake is on!  Very few aircraft have any warning lite for the parking brake.
