Weird cloud/texture conflict

Hello,

Can someone explain to me what is causing this weird flashing cloud issue shown in the video I recorded? It looks like some sort of clashing with the clouds and the terrain. The only recent addon installed that I would think is causing this is Active Sky Cloud Art.

Are you using Majestic Dash Q400?  This is an issue with the wingview of the aircraft. If you switch to the virtual cockpit or spot view, things should be normal.
