Flight1 ATR72-500 will it work in FSX?

Featured Replies

Guys,According to Flight1 they are still awaiting the GMaxSDK from Aces to complete a patch for the ATR72-500 for FSX - apparently the lights dont function among other things?Has anyone got this awesome machine to work in FSX - if so how is it done?I'm getting browned off waiting and would love to fly this baby lights or no lights !!MickUK

I moved this over during the FSX Demo. I basically copied over all my FS9 Effects and guages files *.*. and tried out every FS9 aircraft.F1-ATR72 flew nicely, The sound was good and flew pretty much the same. But I don't believe the guages were working.Manny

Thanks Manny - I might just have a dabble and see what happens! Quite like playing around with stuff.POMAK

Yes, basically everything works except the two main CRT gauges (I can't comment on the correctness o the flight dynamics). And according to the author, the upgrade is finished except, as noted above, he is waiting for the GMax release to fix the lights and a couple of other things.Thomas[a href=http://www.flyingscool.com] http://www.flyingscool.com/images/Signature.jpg [/a]I like using VC's :-)N15802 KASH '73 Piper Cherokee Challenger 180
