I am wondering if anyone encountered this type of error. If so, hoping they can help resolve it. 
 

The Pop-Up in 2D works perfectly. No problems at all. Thanks everyone. Let me know if you have any questions.

I case you cannot see the pictures. When I load in the GTN is in the correct place but looks like static and flashing colors.

Just going to run a Chromebook and not upgrade to a Windows computer. Too many problems with the new Sims! 😱
