I've been very reluctant to post this because I have no definitive evidence of his death. But Ron Ginsberg (ronzie) has not posted in the Radar Contact forum since September 2019. He was an active helper regarding Radar Contact so I have to assume the worst. He lost his wife a few years ago so it's possible none of his family (assuming he had any) knew to let anyone here know.

I'm sure if John Dekker or Doug Thompson had been told they would have let me know. But there's been nothing.

So thank you Ron for all the help you gave to RC users over the years. I'm sure I'm not alone in being appreciative of his expertise as he would have helped a lot of people here at AvSim.

Any chance this might be him?

Hi Charlie. That looks very much like Ron’s info. He did live in Minnesota if that’s what MN means.

Thanks for your detective work. Does anything need doing with his AvSim account?

I could change his status to "In Memoriam".  MN is for Minnesota.

That would seem appropriate, thanks. His signature described MN as the land of a thousand puddles.
